    Steadlo connects you with qualified care professionals who can assist with a range of services including  daily living, home care, overnight care, mobility support, medication, and companionship — all booked through our app.

    Steadlo can help you describe your situation (location, hours, routines, preferences) so we can match you with a suitable care professional — but we don’t provide clinical assessments. If you’re unsure about the right level of support, speak to your GP or contact NHS 111 for advice. For social care support at home, your local council’s Adult Social Care team can carry out a needs assessment and advise on appropriate care.

    If there is an emergency or immediate risk to health or safety, call Emergency Services straight away (or follow your organisation’s emergency procedure). After emergency services have been contacted, the family/provider and the care professional should inform Steadlo as soon as possible through the app or our support channel so the booking record can be updated and any necessary follow-up support can be arranged.

    Yes — families can set routines, preferences, and special instructions through the app, so care is tailored to your loved one and stays consistent.

    Absolutely. You can add booking instructions in the app — including dietary preferences, mobility support, routines, communication needs, and medication prompts (where appropriate). The care professional you book can view these details for that booking, and you can update them at any time.
